Today is ELECTION DAY in Springfield and Holyoke today.  Polls are only open in Ward’s 1 & 5 for city council in Springfield.  Polls are open citywide in Holyoke where mayor and clerk are on citywide ballots and council is on Ward 4’s ballot.
